I do see the GREY check on "sounds to midi channels." The grey check means ignore that, and assume it is "sounds to midi notes"? I will commit this to memory, if so.Īnd yes! YESS! Each pad, when I reveal the pad config inside maschine2, has various base keys set!!! Some have only one wrong, some have many. Yep - I was assuming I would need to do the "sounds to midi notes" operation again, after each. (and I have video of the doubling behavior if you want that)Ĭlick to expand.I am humbled by your PROPER, well-documented replies. First kit in 'ExpansionsSelection' - 'Abbrand Kit' - double notes.įrankly, Im having a BLAST cycling through all my new content to test it for this!!! hahaha Tested all 50 kits in Halcyon - no doubling. This may be limited to a few groups/kits. Im about 20-30 kits into 'Halcyon Sky' now, and so far not one double triggers notes anywhere on the pads. Now that I am loading many groups and many kits, I find that some double trigger, some do not. There is SOOOOO much content in Komplete 12, that Ive barely touched any of it since getting this a few days ago.

I will stick to that label format, and not try to label them with notes. The notes that were doubling in the 'Alecia Kit' are on pad 1 "Kick Alecia 1" and pad 7 "OpenHH Alecia" The keyboard notes wont correspond with the pad notes, will they. They are on separate MIDI channels, and not associated with maschine2 in any way.Ĭlick to expand.I was trying to describe what pad was doubling, so I looked at the keyboard page to see what key that was, and I think that was wrong. I dont have them configured that way now. I can trigger notes with the korg or with the akai if I configure their midi correctly. I only use cubase to record and play-back its MIDI, or put an effect on it. The Korg is of course a synth, and is connected as a MIDI in/out device in cubase. I use it for VST inside cubase only, for now. The Akai A49 is a controller, and is connected as a USB MIDI in/out in cubase. I started with nothing but the MK3 and maschine2, first, before installing my other devices. I missed the bit about how Im using my other devices. My best guess for now.Īnd sorry - lots going on in the comment. Is this a track instrument vs rack instrument thing? I made mine as rack instruments. Wait I think maybe I know why your inspector is weird. I can play a synth plugin on the KEYBOARD all day, and nothing is wrong. If I load up a keyboard instrument, like absynth or FM8 or something, I have ZERO issues with this, ever. If I just play around for a bit, go to BROWSER and flip through a few kits from the same group, the issue hits me.

When I hit all pads on my MK3, every note is normal, only one note. Right now, as we speak, I have the exact project (no new saves) loaded that you have above. Click to expand.Whaaaat the heck? Check it out - Im uploading my screenshot, with my inspector showing.
